Rob Johnson
President
Rob is a transformative sales and operations leader who delivers innovative ways to create and capture value. With an extensive background in every facet of leading operations, problem solving, sales, and strategy development, Rob brings a proven record of achieving the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency. An experienced leader and effective communicator with organizational, administrative, and people strengths, he strives to build and maintain a culture of agility where top talent chooses to work and premier customers choose to conduct business. In his free time, Rob loves to spend time with his beautiful daughter, play baseball and cheer on his beloved Purdue Boilermakers.
Grant Jedlinsky
Director of Marketing – Brand and Content Strategy
Grant engineers IPT America’s communication tools. He aims to educate and inspire customers using the principles of design to create impactful experiences. He wants to make information simple and accessible, and put the tools of inspiration in the customer’s hands. After-work, he usually has several creative projects underway with his wife and daughters with whom he shares a love of art, music, science, and the great outdoors.
Matt Seibert
Director of Engineering – Applications and Solutions Engineering
Matt is an industrial engineer who started working with us in 2022. He is a strong critical thinker with a can’t lose attitude, determined to solve any problem given to him. Outside of work, Matt loves playing baseball, being outdoors, watching the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, and spending time with friends and family.
Jack McKenzie
Systems Engineer
Jack is a recent graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned a degree in Computer Science. With a strong foundation in software development and systems architecture, he brings a fresh perspective and technical expertise to his role as a Systems Engineer. Outside of work, he is an avid baseball player and enjoys staying active through sports and fitness.
